HealthQuoted is a website, not an insurance agency or insurance carrier, and it is not the Health Insurance Marketplace or any government agency.
Plan availability, pricing, and subsidy eligibility are determined by insurance carriers and the Health Insurance Marketplace — not by us. Information we provide is for general guidance and is not legal, tax, or medical advice.
Working With Us
When you ask us to help with your coverage, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Inaccurate information can affect your eligibility, subsidies, and coverage. You are responsible for reviewing your application details and plan documents before enrollment is finalized.
Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from HealthQuoted, you agree to the following:
- Program description: We send customer service and account-related messages, such as appointment scheduling and reminders, responses to your questions, requests for documents needed to complete your enrollment, secure links to submit required information, and status updates about your coverage.
- Message frequency: Up to 4 messages per month. Frequency may vary based on your interactions with us.
- Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
- Get help by replying HELP to any message, emailing info@healthquoted.com, or calling us.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
